yEAR 4
Welcome to Year 4!
We hope you've had a wonderful Winter break!
What an exciting term we have in store for you all! We will be studying the UK through our geography lessons before Easter, and travelling back in time to learn more about the Romans until after half-term. Additionally, we will be continuing to learn the violin, and Miss Manning will be taking each class for specialist dance lessons as part of the PE curriculum amongst other things. We are thoroughly looking forward to this term and can't wait to share all of the wonderful learning opportunities we have planned with you!
Thank you,

The children will be able to choose their own reading books from our bookshelf which matches their Accelerated Reading colour; please read regularly with the children at home. - Music: in Year 4, the children will be learning the violin and will be allocated an instrument in the coming weeks. Our lessons are every Thursday. Please make sure your child brings their violin to school on this day.
