JLT

At Barnfields Primary School, we strongly believe that each and every one of our pupils' voices should be heard.  Across KS2 (Year 3-6) a child is chosen to represent the Junior Leadership Team (JLT). We make sure that the decision is fair by letting the class vote on who will have the honour of being selected. During the meetings, each child shares their opinion on how they think the school can improve even further, so it is the best it can be for all our pupils here at Barnfields Primary School. 

The class can share their thoughts with their JLT member, who then reports these to the rest of the team every fortnight during meeting with either Mr Ball or Mrs Darlington. The members of JLT 2022 - 2023 are: Alfie, Jacob, Sophia, Jackson, Lottie, Thomas, Ellis and Arthur
